The Journal of Environmental Law and Litigation (JELL) provides a forum for cutting-edge and groundbreaking scholarship discussing contemporary topics in environmental and natural resources law, including renewable energy, environmental justice, and international environmental law. JELL publishes this scholarship to better inform practitioners, scholars, students, and government officials and expand knowledge within the field.
